How to Permanently Unsubscribe a Customer from an E-mail Newsletter List

Remove a customer from a Mailing List, and if necessary permanently unsubscribe them from all site communications

Open the CRM

Open the CRM
  1. From the Dashboard Menu click on CRM
  2. Click on Search

Search for the Customer

Search for the Customer

Start typing the customers name or email address into the Search field, you will be able to choose the correct name from the drop-down list that appears.

Click on the Subscriptions Tab

Click on the Subscriptions Tab

Click on the Subscriptions tab to see the Mailing Lists the customer is signed up to currently.

Unsubscribe the Customer from the Mailing List

Unsubscribe the Customer from the Mailing List
  1. Click on the checkbox of the mailing list from which you wish to unsubscribe the customer so that it is no longer ticked.
  2. Click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page to save the changes
  3. If you want to permanently unsubscribe the customer from all mailouts, click on the Permanent Unsubscribe button,
